These Terms of Service apply to all quotations, orders, and agreements between STANCX and its customers.

By placing an order with STANCX, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All STANCX products are custom-made according to the customer's specifications, including sizes, colors, logos, embroidery, printing, and other requested customizations.

3. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing by STANCX.

Production will only begin after the customer has approved the quotation, design, specifications, and any required payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided in the agreed currency and may exclude taxes, duties, shipping costs, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, material availability, and shipping conditions.

STANCX is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Sizes
  • Logos
  • Artwork
  • Colors
  • Quantities
  • Delivery details

STANCX is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once production has started, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a manufacturing defect or production error.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the necessary rights to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs supplied to STANCX.

STANCX accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

STANCX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
