Returns & Refund Policy

At STANCX, every order is custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each client.

Because all products are made to the customer's individual specifications, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once production has started, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a manufacturing defect or production error.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizes, artwork, logos, colors, and all other order specifications before production begins. STANCX cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, production error, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order at:

We will carefully review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a suitable solution, such as a repair or replacement.
