Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond STANCX's reasonable control.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. STANCX is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
